Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (natural person acting for purposes outside your trade or profession), you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the form below or contact us directly using the details in the Legal notice.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used unless you agree otherwise.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: If you have requested that we begin performance during the withdrawal period, you may owe us an amount proportional to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal.
