Use of the website

You may use this website for information and to access links to our apps. You must not use it for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Digital content and apps

Our apps are distributed via the Apple App Store and/or Mac App Store. The respective store’s terms and conditions and our app-specific terms (if any) apply to downloads and in-app purchases. By downloading or purchasing, you agree to those terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within a certain period. Details and how to exercise this right are set out in our Withdraw contract page.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), as well as for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Dispute resolution

We do not participate in voluntary dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission’s ODR platform is linked in our Legal notice.

Applicable law

German law applies, with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory provisions of the law of their place of residence remain applicable.
